Year 2 Strings at Living Faith

Established in 2021, Majenta Music proudly formed a partnership with Living Faith Lutheran Primary School to provide exceptional music education. Our String Specialist collaborates with Living Faith's Performing Arts Teacher to deliver weekly lessons to all Year 2 students, seamlessly integrating them into the curriculum.

Ensuring consistent learning is a priority for us, and we provide quality relief string specialists in the event that our regular string teacher is absent, ensuring uninterrupted progress and growth for all students. Our thoughtfully designed sequenced learning approach perfectly aligns with the school's specific needs, ensuring a comprehensive and progressive musical education for every student. We implement effective strategies to enhance technique and establish a strong foundation in string playing, aiming to equip students with the necessary skills and confidence to excel in their musical journey and foster a lifelong love of music.

Embracing the school's use of digital technology, we incorporate age-appropriate and engaging activities to keep students inspired and excited, utilising technology during lessons to enrich the learning experience. ​Furthermore, we are committed to providing a well-rounded experience for our students. As part of this commitment, we have organised special guest educators, such as Loreta Fin, to work directly with the students. These educators offer unique perspectives and expertise, enriching their learning journey.

Throughout the year, all students have the opportunity to showcase their musical talents at various concerts, including the school's Performing Arts Showcase and Grandparents & Special Friends Day.

As a result of our successful collaboration, Living Faith has expanded their musical offerings to include both violin and cello, broadening the students' horizons and opportunities for musical expression.
